  2. Massage Process:

    • Apply more oil onto your hands.

    • Using small, circular motions on top of both feet from ankle to toes; ankle to heel; and soles.

    • Press your thumb at the base of the shin, gently dragging it towards each toe in sequence: big toe, second, third, fourth, and fifth.

    • Cross one ankle over the other knee. Place hand on top foot while lacing fingers between toes for gentle inward, outward and circular motions.

    • Unlace fingers and apply thumb pressure along both inner and outer borders of the sole, from base to heel.

    • Make a fist and massage the entire sole in small circles; gently pull each toe away from the foot as if popping each joint.

  3. Post-Massage: Soak feet for five minutes in warm saltwater to draw out stress and toxins. Slip on cotton socks, place a towel on your pillow, then settle into peaceful sleep. In the morning, allow extra time for a longer shower; multiple washes will be needed to remove oil from hr.
