Apply Moisturizer or Oil: Pour skin lotion or oil into your hand and gently rub it onto your entire foot, including the toes, arches, and heels.
Deep Tissue Massage: Press the knuckles of your right hand into your left foot, kneading like you're mixing dough. Alternatively, press your thumbs firmly into the skin for a deeper massage.
Stretching Your Toes: Use both hands to gently pull back or apart, stretching the muscles underneath your toes.
